In the event that a refund is necessary, the original Certificate of Purchase must be returned to the alley before refund is given. Refund will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to make the purchase.

It is up to the purchaser to call Grace Lanes and schedule a party. Party scheduling is based on availability of lanes and party room.

All party purchases will be mailed as a "Certificate of Purchase" to the recipient noted at checkout.
