It is up to the purchaser to call Grace Lanes and schedule a party. Party scheduling is based on availability of lanes and party room.

In the event that a refund is necessary, the original Certificate of Purchase must be returned to the alley before refund is given. Refund will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to make the purchase.

All purchase receipts will be mailed as a Certificate of Purchase. The original Certificate of Purchase will need to be redeemed at time of party.
